We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant  to join our fast-paced Orthopedic Trauma Surgery team at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, IN!Â
Position Details :
- Full-time, Weekend Days Saturday, Sunday, Monday 6 : 00am - 6 : 30pm
- No call
- 100% inpatient
- Team includes 9Â physicians and 9 advanced providers
- Patient census of approximately 30 / week
Key Responsibilities :
- New consults
- Inpatient evaluation / rounding
- Cross-cover orthopedic issues
- Surgical first assist in the ORÂ
- Pre-op assessment and patient consent before surgeryÂ
Qualifications :
- ACNP, AGNP, FNP, or PAÂ certification required
- If new graduate, clinical rotation in orthopedics required
- Previous RN or APP experience in Surgery, Emergency Department, ICU or Urgent Care required Â
