Job Title : IT Field Technician
Location : Northern Colorado
Pay Rate : $25 / hr
Travel Requirements : Travel to our healthcare client’s local offices and connect their hardware and printers to a VLAN network. Mileage is reimbursed

Job Description :
- A fast paced, constantly changing environment that requires positive approaches and demonstrated success at handling multiple stressors.
- Candidates must be self-motivated, resourceful, and determined for success.
- Experience and ability to troubleshoot various hardware problems logically and systemically on printer devices.
- Onsite customer facing experience.
- Strong interpersonal verbal / written skills, especially in person while on a customer site.
- Independent thinking while adhering to standard technological and business procedures.
- Ability to evaluate a technical situation while managing the operational challenges quickly and accurately.
- Working independently and able to re-prioritize tasks / events / commitments quickly based on contract, customer, and business situations.
- Highly skilled at prioritization, planning, working independently all within policies and business standards.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude for learning new technology.
- High School diploma or equivalent, plus additional hardware technology training and / or certifications.
- Attention to detail and commitment to administrative responsibilities.
