Title : Delphi Developer
Location : San Antonio, TX *(initially onsite and then Hybrid options)
Compensation : 80k to 125k plus bonus
Type : Direct
We are seeking a skilled Delphi Software Developer to design, implement, and maintain applications developed in the Delphi programming environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development principles, experience with Delphi and related tools, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities :
- Windows Service Development utilizing Delphi IDE.
- ASP.Net application development utilizing Visual Studio IDE (Oxygene Language).
- Write, Optimize, and Debug SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Triggers, and View.
- Provide assistance to others on development team.
- Assist with managing development team workload.
- Involvement in engagement with stakeholders to design and document major projects.
- Ongoing team training and guidance.
- Oversee the build process for QA and Release modules.
Qualifications :
- Experience with Delphi and related components and libraries.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience working with RDBMS.
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ASP.NET & JIRA.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
