Doses patients with radiopharmaceuticals and pharmaceuticals as prescribed by the physician’s orders, and under the supervision of the radiologist authorized user in the Imaging Department.
Completes quality control and quality assurance procedures as required by the hospital and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) license.
Ensures complete and accurate data entry in the Hospital Information System (HIS) and Picture Archival and Communication System (PACS).
Minimum Education and Experience : Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist with the ARRT or CNMT. Advance Registration in PET optional.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist. Clinical rotations in an accredited medical imaging program may be considered as experience.
Shift : PRN / On-call. Coverage will vary depending on the needs of the department. We are open Monday- Friday from 0630 to 1700.
Coverage may be needed for 8 hours or 10 hours and occasional on-call coverage. Salary Range : Minimum 51.00 per hour - Maximum 51.
00 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
