Roles & Responsibilities :
Plan, schedule and monitor the movement of shipment through sales cycle. Determine shipment requirements based on the market demand.
Coordinate the efficient movement of demand and supply plan. Responsible for business system data input and integrity. Manage PSI plans by SKU / account level and coordinate with factory to ensure production plans are aligned with the latest demand forecast
- Participate in weekly sales and operation planning (S&OP) meeting to review sales performance, forecast accuracy, and resolve issues and achieve weekly / monthly moving plan targets
- Work with the demand planning team for consensus forecast by providing guidance of forecast to ensure alignment with business direction and market trends
- Communicate with account managers on project pipeline updates; making sure reflected in the PSI plan and registered in system database
- Maintain and evaluate KPI's (forecast accuracy, fill rate, etc.) and analyze variances initiating appropriate corrective action
- Constantly share changes in supply plan, NPI / EOL schedules to sales team and proactively resolve supply issues
- Complete complex topic specific reports to meet ongoing needs, including various inventory reports, reconciliation of forecast versus actual and etc
- To be successful you will need;
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 3+ years of relevant corporate work experience
- Need critical thinking skills and reporting skills to business leaders
- Strong planning skills, for creating reports for business leaders
- Strong analytical skills, collaborative problem-solver; effective communications both internally (Sales, SCM, PM and order management), as well as external customers
- Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office products is essential, with a preferred experience in SAP / ERP system, Tableau, Salesforce, and Advanced Excel
- Need experience in cross functional teams to work effectively and efficiently in a highly demanding work environment
- Need Bilingual communication skills in English and Korean
Pay Range : $60,000-$80,000 Total compensation for this role will include a commission / incentive plan.
