What You'll Do :
- Drive Sales : Be responsible for internal sales, growth, profit, and key performance indicators and deliver on our sales objectives of double-digit growth.
- Lead Operations : Maintain strong internal control and security over branch funds, products, parts, supplies, chemical production, and other company assets.
- Motivate & Develop : Hire, train, lead, and motivate branch employees to perform at their highest potential and develop them for advancement to greater responsibility.
- Build Relationships : Hold high standards of honesty, integrity, and moral judgment in dealing with customers, employees, vendors, and the public.
Who You Are :
- Visionary leader with minimum 2+ years Leadership experience in a B2B, outside sales environment, ideally from within a service and / or distributor sales organization.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a sales / service workforce.
- Passionate about delivering results and fostering a collaborative environment.
