Overview

The Data Management Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Centric Brands Supply Chain Operations Team in retrieving and processing Sales & Production demands in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.

This role also involves monitoring and working closely with their respective business units on data integrity.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the process to create, maintain, and deactivate material master data.
  • Data entry into SAP and / or external systems.
  • Assist Sales & Production with various aspects of order entry.
  • Help Sales & Production teams identify data or system issues on customer commitments / orders.
  • Initiate credit release reports and work with A / R and Sales to manage credit issues.
  • Provide analysis support for ongoing and ad hoc reporting.
  • Assist with Item Setup, Master Data, Pricing, Weights & Dimensions both internally and externally.
  • Aid in data analysis for quality improvement to ensure integrity.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of SAP, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Finance.
  • Handle special projects as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
  • Experience in Data Entry, Allocation, and / or Customer Service is a plus (preferably in the Apparel / Accessories Industry).
  • Some EDI and ERP Software experience, preferably SAP, is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to set priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude.
  • Working knowledge of retail math.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to foster effective teamwork.
  • Ability to learn difficult concepts quickly while offering creative solutions to problem-solving.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process.

Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
