Job Description :
Our FOH staff is the face of our company. Menu & beverage knowledge leads to a great guest experience. Warm welcomes and excellent customer service is vital to returning customers.
Prior front of house experience is not required, but strongly preferred. We have a strong front of house team in place, and we are looking for someone with open availability ready to be a part of a growing brand.
There are many opportunities for growth within the company, as well.
Job Duties :
- taking orders over the phone
- taking orders at the register
- making cocktails
- running food to tables
- running togo counter / window
- keeping the front stocked
- bathroom maintenance
- cleaning and maintaining of front of house equipment, bar area, floor, etc
Job Requirements :
Prior front of house experience is not required, but strongly preferred.
Must be willing to learn the menu and its ingredients, the bar and its recipes, and have a warm personality. Must be 21+ to apply for this position due to alcohol requirements.
Pay starts at $8.50 per hour plus tip pool. (Average range is $6-8 / hour in tips). Employees are eligible for an hourly wage increase after completion of 90 days and employee evaluation.
