LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting our client located near Buffalo Grove with a search for an accountant. This role is an addition to the team and will support month end close.
In order to be considered, candidates are required to have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an accountant as well as a Bachelors degree in Accounting or similar.
The role will be hybrid after training. This is a great role for someone who likes to have autonomy to meet deadlines and contribute to a team.
Responsibilities : Month end close
Month end close
Prepare journal entries
Reconcile accounts
Assist / overview of AP and AR
Monthly financial reporting
General ledger review and analysis
Variance analysis and adjustments
Sales tax ownership
Audit support as needed
Required :
A minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting role
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar
Microsoft Excel pivot tables and look ups
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently while supporting a team
Pay : $55K-$65K
