KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a growing professional services company in Manchester, in their search for a Controller / Finance Manager.
This role is a high profile position and supports their VP of Finance. The company has been growing rapidly and is a leader in their industry in Southern NH.
Pay and benefits are competitive with room for growth.The responsibilities for the Finance Manager will include : Manage all accounting functionsPrepares financial forecasts for different locations and for several lines of businessPreparation of budgets, reporting and variance analysis associated with budget / budgets vs actuals.
Development of financial reporting to support growth initiatives and evaluation of associated risks.Support partners and VP of Finance with analysis and reportingLead treasury and cash management efforts.
Review vendor relationships and services related to the operations of the organization, work to streamline processes and create efficiencies.
The ideal candidate for the Finance Manager should have experience that meets the following requirements : Bachelors Degree in Accounting or FinancePublic accounting and a CPA requiredMore than 7 years years of financial analysis experience in a medium to large professional services companyStrong technical skills, reporting systems, advanced ExcelCompensation : Up to $150,000 DOE plus bonus and benefits.
