NAPAAuto Parts is seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working StoreDispatcher to join our rapidly growing team of Auto Partsprofessionals.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling deliveries and dispatching delivery drivers ona timely basis
• Ensuring that the right partsare delivered to the right customer order with precision, speed andcourtesy
• Mapping out routes for deliveriesthat are as efficient as possible
• Tracking andanalyzing quality of delivery service using Delivery ManagementSystem
• Overcoming roadblock problems forcustomers and chart effective solutions
• Handling cash returned by drivers and keep accuraterecords
• Inspecting returned parts and coresand preparing them for return the Distribution Center ormanufacturer
• Maintaining the fleet to ensurevehicles are in safe and proper working order and flag problemswith vehicles that detract from quality deliveryservice

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for delivering customer care Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills
• Keen sense forseeing, hearing and remembering part numbers and linecodes
• Agility to bend to floor-level shelvesand reach to upper shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladderand walk up and down stairs
• Stamina to standand walk for entire work shift Motivated team player able to thrivein a fast-paced environment
• Self-Motivated,strong sense of urgency, organized, detail-oriented, solidjudgment
• Valid Driver's License.
