We are in search of a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco, California. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing our office operations, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a professional, patient-focused demeanor.

This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities :

  • Accurately schedule appointments for various providers using specific software tools
  • Handle and manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt responses to calls
  • Conduct patient pre-screening and handle cash transactions
  • Collaborate with providers for accurate scheduling and billing procedures
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance in maintaining medical records
  • Manage multiple tasks while ensuring a positive patient experience
  • Stock and maintain office supplies as necessary
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required
  • Provide concierge services to enhance customer service
  • Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for data entry and organizing files

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field
  • Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks
  • Experience handling multi-line phone systems
  • Familiarity with concierge services
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in data entry tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
  • Experience in organizing files
  • Ability to handle inbound telephone calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Availability to work in shifts
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
