- The KAM will coverour Denver CO Phoenix AZ and Salt Lake City UTterritory
- Building market share of productswithin the foodservice channel
- Conductingproduct presentations anddemonstrations
- Building and maintainingrelationships with top operators in themarket
- Developing maintaining and expandingrelationships with key purchase influencers and economicbuyers
- Reporting regularly on sales activitiesand opportunities
- Reviewing and analyzing salesand trade spend reports
- Reviewing progressagainst forecast and budget with the National AccountManager
- Maintaining sales activity files on allcurrent and potential customers
- Maintaining acomplete inventory of samples of all products sold by theCompany
- Building and maintaining relationshipswith key distributor management
- Negotiatingmarketing plans conducting businessreviews
- Resolving key distributorproblems
- Conducting distributor salesmeetings
- Traveling up to 50% asneeded
- Working out of a homeoffice
Requirements :
- 4yearcollege degree is preferred
- Indepth knowledgeof the food service industry including operator segments anddistributors
- Solid understanding of the salescycle and sales techniques
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office
- Minimum of 3 years ofverifiable sales results in the foodservice industry working forleading companies e.g. Pactiv Huhtamaki SCA Eco Labetc.
- Current relationships with key operatorand distributor customers within the assignedregion
