Essential Functions
Research Grant Administration
- Manage grant submissions and compliance with institutional guidelines.
- Support faculty in grant development, and collaborate to grow research programs.
Human Resources Management
- Lead recruitment, staffing, and onboarding processes for faculty and staff.
- Oversee salary allocations, faculty performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Clinical Practice Management
- Supervise all aspects of clinical practice, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage clinical operations and develop marketing strategies to improve patient relations.
Educational Program Management
- Assist in managing graduate, continuing, and medical education programs.
- Contribute to policy development for educational initiatives.
Facilities Management
- Oversee departmental space utilization and lease agreements.
- Propose solutions to optimize space and maintain facilities.
Financial Management & Planning
- Support financial operations, ensuring appropriate management of funds.
- Develop basic reports and projections to advise the Department Chair on fiscal matters.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial policies and guidelines.
