What You’ll Do :
- Lead Daily Operations : Take charge of the shop on manager’s days off, ensuring smooth operations from open to close.
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences : Exceed industry standards and maintain high review ratings by providing top-tier customer service.
- Support Store Management : Assist in all aspects of managing the store, including monitoring performance goals and tracking shop metrics.
- Train and Develop New Employees : Share your knowledge and help new team members grow.
- Maintain Safety and Compliance : Ensure adherence to all safety and health regulations.
- Create a Welcoming Environment : Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Communicate Effectively : Use Microsoft Outlook and Teams to stay connected with your team.
- Manage Cash and Inventory : Help manage cash flow and inventory levels to keep the shop running smoothly.
