This role need someone who is expert level in Power BI administration (not reporting) with mostly cloud and some on-premise.
Will be administering Power BI within the cloud and company infrastructure. If they have expertise in infrastructure or Power BI administration in the cloud that would be ideal.
Would need to know basic Window server infrastructure and have that knowledge and how to login to Azure. There are some technical requirements because they will still be managing the on-premise environment (it’s not growing) but will still be here before it moves to Cloud.
Understanding IASS and .net experience is preferred. Will be interfacing with support team in India. This person will be the expertise if the India support team is struggling with an issue, they would be able to step in and guide them.
Must be expert level in PowerBI (this is not a report developer, this is a site administrator which is a completely different role).
Ability to work with global process partners. Must be onsite a minimum of 2 days a week (There are periods of the year where onsite requirement could be more than 2 days / week).
There is no flexibility on this requirement. Nice to have experience : Jira and Confluence to track activities (familiarity with these program), experience working in Kanban environment.
