The Night Warehouse Manager will ensure the warehouse complies with the company's policies and vision. The incumbent will oversee receiving and maintenance operations while setting up the layout to ensure efficient space utilization throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

You will :

• Responsible for overseeing the loading of trucks efficiently, accurately and on time.
• Responsible for monitoring picker productivity of selectors while pulling orders.
• Provides productivity incentive calculations to HR to include with payroll.
• Maintains and enforces a safe work enviorment.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse.
• Communicate wiht day shift managers and other department heads to ensure needs are met while optimal workflow is kept.
• Assist in the interview process of cadidates and conducts proper training for new hires.
• Maintains employee productivity by coaching and counseling.
• Communicate safety concerns to the Safety Manager.
• Conducts weekly safety huddles.
• Monitor and manage employee overtime to keep to a minimum.
• Insure employee success through relationship building, effective communication, positive recognition and timely addressing of issues (personal and performance related).
• Conduct accident / incident interviews with warehouse staff.
• Weekly Power Bi metrics review with employees in a one-on-one setting to ensure performance goals are met.
• Work with Branch Operations Manager to discuss new potential goals for team.
• Oter duties as assigned.

Qualifications

You have :

• Bilingual, Spanish / English required
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience
• Process improvement expertise
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and databases
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Safety management and inventory control skills
• Excellent communication skills
