• 1099 independent contractor position with malpractice covered
• 10 shifts per month for 12-hour shifts
• Mix of days and nights worked out with the other EM physicians
• APPs assisting for 12 hour shifts
• Hourly rate of $275 for days, $280 for swing, and $290 for nights
• Open to EM physicians available now or 2024 EM residents
• Central Washington community located 90 minutes to Spokane and 3 hours to Seattle
