Their team of professionals works collaboratively to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Staff Accountant to join their team.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE :
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities.
- Review financial records, such as income statements and documentation of expenditures, to determine forms needed to prepare tax returns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of supporting documentation for audits.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in tax preparation and bookkeeping.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- QuickBooks and UltraTax experience preferred.
