Audio Operations Coordinator III

In particular, the Virtual Reality Audio team is focused on two goals; creating virtual sounds that are perceptually indistinguishable from reality, and redefining human hearing.
These two initiatives will allow us to connect people by allowing them to feel together despite being physically apart, and allow them to converse in even the most difficult listening environments.
We are looking for a contract Operations Coordinator to support and streamline operations throughout our team. We are accepting applications from individuals with a willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and take on operational tasks in support of the team's goals.
You will act as direct support to our team's processes, improvements, and internal or external initiatives, oftentimes working in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities :
- Perform, organize and streamline operational tasks across the team
- Monitor for problems and acting when required or escalating when needed
- Support organization and maintenance of information sharing platforms and document repositories
- Build out new tools in service of team needs, and provide technical assistance and support
- Support organization and execution of team activities
- Assist and organize space needs of the team
Qualifications :
- Work experience in Operations (or equivalent) with a demonstrated track record of operational excellence
- Proven project management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Must be proactive, with proven ability to execute on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with team members and individuals throughout the broader organization
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced research and / or product development environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, administration or related field; candidates with relevant experience will also be considered
Pay range is $37 - $42 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical / dental / vision / life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
