Salesforce Developer
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our R&D Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform.
This position requires a mix of back-end and front-end development skills, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration.
Qualifications
Intermediate or better English communication skills.
Experience :
2+ years of commercial development experience in Enterprise or Web applications using Apex or another OOP language (e.
g., Java, C#, Python, PHP).
- Strong web development skills, particularly in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with at least one frontend framework (e.g., Lightning Web Components, Angular, React, Vue).
Technical Knowledge :
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, Design Patterns, clean code, and refactoring techniques.
- Experience working with SOAP and REST web services.
- Proficiency with Git for version control.
Nice-to-Have Skills :
- Experience with Salesforce CLI.
- Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and Docker.
- Knowledge of Node.js.
- Experience with Heroku and AWS.
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance Salesforce features across backend and frontend, leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs; refactor existing code to improve performance and maintainability.
- Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Break down complex tasks into manageable components and provide accurate time estimates for project planning.
- Design scalable, efficient solutions and make architectural decisions to drive the evolution of our Salesforce environment.
- Conduct peer code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
Working Conditions
- Trial period 3 months;
