We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer / Architect with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and implement solutions that maximize the effectiveness of our client's marketing campaigns and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with expertise in REST API, Ampscript, SQL development, and integration with external systems.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Design and implement scalable, efficient, and reliable solutions in Marketing Cloud to support email marketing, journey orchestration, audience segmentation, and personalized content delivery.
• Develop custom Ampscript code, SQL queries, and data extensions to extend the functionality of Marketing Cloud and integrate with external data sources and systems.
• Configure and maintain Marketing Cloud features such as automation studio, journey builder, email studio, and mobile studio to automate marketing processes and optimize campaign performance.
• Implement REST API integrations with other systems and platforms to enable seamless data exchange and synchronization of customer information.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams and external clients on best practices for Marketing Cloud configuration, development, and optimization.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and testing to ensure the quality, scalability, and reliability of Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Stay current on Salesforce Marketing Cloud releases, features, and best practices, and recommend enhancements to keep our platform aligned with industry standards and business objectives.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer / Architect, with a focus on Marketing Cloud.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification is required; additional certifications such as Platform Developer I are a plus.
• Strong technical skills in REST API integration, Ampscript scripting language, SQL development, and data modeling.
• Proven track record of successful Marketing Cloud implementations, with a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance.
• Experience working with Marketing Cloud features such as automation studio, journey builder, email studio, and mobile studio.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and digital marketing.
