What You’ll Do :
Provide first-level triage and resolution for technical issues, assigning trouble tickets as needed.
Install and configure a wide variety of computer hardware and peripherals.
Identify when software licensing is needed and install software with moderate complexity.
Recommend standard software solutions to meet user needs and assist the Network Engineering team when required.
Deliver hands-on and remote support for tier 2 end users, ensuring quick resolution of issues.
Participate in small and large-scale moves, ensuring a smooth technical transition.
Work on diverse projects requiring technical resources and provide technical and logistical insights during project meetings.
What You’ll Bring :
Solid understanding of IT operations best practices and project management fundamentals.
Ability to work efficiently in a change-controlled environment while supporting a 24 / 7 operation.
Experience in performing technical analysis, troubleshooting, and providing expert-level support.
Strong familiarity with Windows 7, MS Office Suite, and hardware repair / troubleshooting.
Skills to disassemble computer equipment, replace defective parts, and upgrade systems.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize customer needs and work independently.
Exceptional attention to detail, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with technical staff and internal customers.
Qualifications :
Associate degree or technical certification preferred (MCSE / MCP certification a plus).
1-2 years of experience with PC hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting.
Preferred certifications : CompTIA A+ and Network+.
Ability to write and contribute to manuals, processes, and procedure documentation.
Willingness to travel to support multiple pharmacy locations (10-20% travel).
Occasional after-hours support as needed to maintain operations.
