About The Position
Job Title : Nurse Practitioner Job Specialty : Pediatrics Job Duration : 13 weeks with the possibility to extend Shift : Night 5x8-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum experience not specified, but must have a clean background and experience with EPIC License : Active WA license required Certifications : Will be discussed during credentialing;
provider will be responsible for obtaining necessary certifications such as BLS, ACLS, etc. Must-Have : Must be COVID and flu vaccinated Job Description : Provide pediatric care in a fast-paced, outpatient ambulatory community health center setting.
- Attend to a varied patient population ranging from newborns to pediatric patients.- Serve vulnerable populations, including migrants and refugees, with interpretative services available onsite.
- Comfortably manage a patient load of 18+ patients per day, adhering to productivity expectations.- Collaborate with a dedicated medical assistant, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, onsite pediatricians, and healthcare administrators.
- Participate in a 1-week onsite orientation, with patient care expected to start by day 3.- Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records;
prior experience is essential.- Travel logistics, including flight, rental car or mileage, and lodging, are covered by the client.
