One of our clients in professional services is looking to add a Payroll Coordinator who will support full-cycle payroll for multi state / multi-site clients.
- Process payroll on different pay schedules
- Audit timesheets to ensure breaks are recorded and times are accurate
- Assist with quarterly and yearly reports
- Review state compliance updates
- Set up new clients on payroll
- Enter and update changes in the payroll system
- Research and resolve discrepancies involving payroll
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-4 years of experience working in payroll
- Knowledge of ADP WFN and or Paycom is preferred
- Experience with multi-state payroll required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented and a self-starter
- Must function well in a fast-paced environment that constantly changes
