Tasks Involved :
- Professionally handle queries from phone and website, informing about the advantages of the model.
- Facilitate communication between clients, team, and patients.
- Assist with marketing efforts; coordinating with various creatives to generate digital and printed client resources.
- Participate actively in operations, project planning, implementation and follow-up.
Skills Needed :
- Superlative proficiency in English both spoken and written.
- Empathetic and caring personality with a positive attitude.
- Superior attention to details.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Expert organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to work both individually and in a team.
Educational Criteria :
A Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, PR, communication, or any healthcare related field.
Experience : 3+ years in a role requiring strong client interaction.
