Who We're Looking For :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Mortgage Branch Technology Support Admin who enjoys optimizing workflows and contributing to the success of our team.
Your role will be critical in enhancing efficiency, achieving superior results, and supporting our sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to analyze data effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize internal software, including CRM systems, to input data, generate ad hoc reports, and manage essential reporting functions.
- Research consumer behavior trends and create text and email content that aligns with the evolving needs of consumers and real estate agents.
- Integrate and optimize our tech tools, focusing on analytics to leverage platforms like Homebot, List Reports, Mortgage Coach, MBS Highway, Textus, MTA, MMI, Zonda, and more.
- Present data using visualization techniques to communicate insights effectively.
- Propose innovative solutions and strategies to address business challenges.
- Coordinate with the Salesforce team to refine client campaigns and import data.
- Utilize technology to build and manage alerts related to our clients needs.
What You'll Need to Be Successful :
To excel in this role, you will need strong time management skills, the ability to organize tasks effectively, and a positive, proactive attitude.
Additional qualifications include :
- Ability to analyze and interpret data using tools that convey results clearly to any audience.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with employees at all levels.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in data mining and a solid understanding of machine learning and operations research is preferred.
