Qualifications :

• Previousexperience is required
• Proven leadership andmanagerial skills supporting an environment of colleague growth anddevelopment interdepartmental teamwork and exceptional customerservice;
• Current on all culinary trends andactive in the furthering of his / her own culinarydevelopment
• Extremely creative with strongservice skills and demonstrated ability to energize a diverse teamof culinary professionals
• Proven financialplanning skills with the ability to analyze date and trends andimplement strategies for improvement
• Experienceand comfortable with television and other media promotionalvenues
• Computerliterate
• Ability to perform job specificationswith attention to detail speed andaccuracy
• Ability to work cohesively withcoworkers as part of a team
• Ability to use allsenses to ensure quality standards aremet
