Primarily residential work completing maintenances and service calls on customers heating and cooling systems. No Overnight on call!

We send our technicians to extra trainings like Combustion and Carbon monoxide training, heat exchanger experts training, airflow training, manufacturers training, and weekly technical and communication trainings.

Pay of $120,000+ per year with incentives depending on skills and experience.

Now, let's talk about your responsibilities :

• Safely and courteously driving company vehicles
• Performing heating and air conditioning maintenances, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Completing scheduled service calls and other tasks promptly
• Rotate in the on call schedule to respond to emergency after hours calls
• Tracking materials and maintaining inventory
• Communicating effectively with customers, providing solutions and quotes
• Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
