HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT :
Your Role :
- Responsible for maintaining efficient day to day practice facility operations.
- Manage the human and physical resources required for appropriate patient flow.
- Assure financial business records / registrations / patient medical records are correct.
- Train office staff and maintain computer operations for proper patient billing and report generation.
- Fill in on an as needed basis.
- Act as liaison between the practice and Medical Outreach, Central Billing Office and other TMH departments.

- Patient Account Coordinator II
- Front Office Supervisor
WHAT YOULL NEED TO APPLY :
Required Education :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field and three (3) years job related experience
- or High School Diploma / GED and five (5) years job related experience.
Required Experience :
- Three (3) years of job-related supervisory experience, with a bachelors degree
- or five (5) years job related experience with a High School Diploma / GED.
