Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of testing techniques including : Boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, exploratory testing Security testing tools(e.g., OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite) Accessibility standards(e.g., WCAG) and usability testing methods Performance testing tools(e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium). Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development environments. Hands-on experience with CI / CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and integration of security into QA processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred.

Beyond testing proficiency, the QA Manager will be responsible for building and mentoring QA / QC teams, recruiting top talent, conducting internal audits, and driving continuous improvement through well-defined QA metrics and SOPs.
