Position Overview :
This position is available to work from home within the Sutter Health Northern California footprint.
Provides supply chain services such as data analytics, purchasing, demand planning, contracting, sourcing, technical integrations, quality assurance, compliance, training oversight, master data manipulation and inventory redistribution.
Assists in the development of supply chain goals and objectives, system standards and practices, training on processes and technology, and audits for conformance to standards.
Interacts with and guides internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement improvement plans to produce cost reductions, process efficiencies and corrective actions.
Accomplishes high-level tasks in conjunction with system-level leaders to promote an efficient, cost effective process that meets the long term vision of Supply Chain's senior leaders.
Trains other individual contributors on operations, business requirements and available decision support analytics tools and data sources.
Scope includes supply chain activities from Source-to-Settle.
Project Management / Coordination experience is highly desired.

Bachelor's : Economics, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field or equivalent education / experience
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE :
2 years recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :
Knowledge of end-to-end business systems processes and flows.
Knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook), EPIC, and related information systems.
Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning software and supporting applications.
Communication skills in engaging with business and internal and external partners.
Well-developed time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized policies and procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Ability to interpret a variety of data and instructions, furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Ability to takes initiative and responsibility for meeting deliverables.

Pay Range is $35.52 to $53.28 / hour
