  • Peacock Properties LLC is growing our team! We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to support our team and customers at our office in Charlestown, MA.

    The ideal candidate will :

    • Have previous experience handling a high-volume phone line
    • Distribute incoming calls to our team
    • Monitor incoming text messages from owners and respond or distribute to team as needed
    • Create maintenance tasks in our ticketing system resulting from incoming calls / texts
    • Assist in the resolution of general inquiries
    • Collection and distribution of mail
    • 6D completion
    • Preparing and mailing owner communications
    • Oversee office supply ordering
    • Other general administrative duties as assigned
    • Enjoy working with people and in a fast-paced environment
    • Be able to remain calm and empathetic with callers at all times

    Candidate must have reliable transportation to our Charlestown office.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will be a capable administrator whose employment history reflects experience associated with administrative functions.

    Must have a proven ability to track milestones and initiatives. Said candidate must also be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook.

    In this fast paced office environment, the successful candidate will be able to multitask and prioritize so that deadlines are met in a timely and accurate manner.

    The candidate must possess strong attention to detail. A strong background in customer service is essential. Excellent communication skills are a necessity.

    Job or personal history with, or inclination toward, property management would be a positive attribute.
