A premier global Am Law 100 law firm invites applications for a seasoned Senior Attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions to join its Corporate practice. This role offers a rare chance to lead sophisticated transactions for a wide spectrum of clients from innovative technology firms to established leaders in healthcare, manufacturing, finance, hospitality, and beyond.

As a senior member of our transactional team, you will

• Lead and oversee mergers, acquisitions, and related corporate transactions from concept through completion.
• Provide strategic guidance and hands-on legal counsel to clients on deal structuring, negotiation, and execution.
• Manage and mentor junior attorneys and support staff involved in transactions.
• Partner with specialists in tax, regulatory, finance, and IP matters to address complex deal components.
• Supervise post-closing matters including integration, purchase price adjustments, and dispute resolution.
