Our company is currently seeking an extraordinaryGeneral Manager for our high-volume environment.Applytoday at our location inHurst, Texas! From generation to generation, our recipes have been passed down for us to share with our guests.

Title of Position : Restaurant General Manager
Job Description : OurRestaurant General Managermust be energetic and able to inspire as a leader.The responsibilities of ourRestaurant General Managerinclude motivating and coaching a talented staff to deliver an authentic experience to our guests while upholding top-notch standards in food and beverage quality in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere.
TheRestaurant General Managerwill be required to prepare monthly reports for the corporate office and should be able to follow the financial procedures, including but not limited to P&L, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and all other financial transactions.
The person in this position must lead by exampleand beable to coach and mentor their team to achieve the goals set before them.

Qualifications :
- TheRestaurant General Managershould always be able to provide consistent support for the success of the operation
- Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for theRestaurant General Manager
- The Restaurant General Managermust be proficient in achieving solid financial results
- A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait theRestaurant General Managermust possess
- High volume experience of 3+ years as aRestaurant General Manageris a must for this position
- Bar-B-Que experience a plus
