University Orthopedic Care (UOC) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team.
As a Behavioral Therapist at UOC, you will play a key role in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic pain, and / or improve their overall well-being.
You will work alongside medical professionals and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive and personalized care.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide individual therapy to patients dealing with chronic pain, injury recovery, or other mental health concerns.
Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs and goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address both physical and psychological aspects of patient care.
Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote positive behavioral changes and enhance emotional well-being.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Educate patients and families on coping strategies, pain management techniques, and healthy lifestyle changes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient sessions and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications :
Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Psychologist.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
