Responsibilities
Process customer policy change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Document each customer contact in eAgent.
Take premium payments from customers.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Requirement
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Great Organizational Skills
Great Customer Service Skills.
A Property & Casualty insurance license is not required but a plus
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is extremely beneficial.
