Job Description
- File review for All Campuses to ensure compliance prior to COD origination and disbursement
- Report file review reject & approval rates
- Transfer Monitoring Alert Review and resolution
- COD Reject review and resolution
- Remain up to date with TIV Regulations, attend trainings, etc
- Organize student files for annual SFA Audits
- Provide customer service to all campus financial aid departments to include overflow overviews
- Assist with Corporate Financial Aid Projects as needed
Pay Starting at $24 / hr
Qualifications
- Financial Aid experience required
- Associate degree in relevant field preferred but will consider experience in lieu of degree
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Strong computer skills, proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to impart knowledge to others successfully
- Tile IV regulations expert knowledge
