NAPS is currently seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team in Silao, Guanajuato. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer contacts, overseeing projects, and expanding our market presence in automotive painting, with a focus on e-coat, base coats, and interior painting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and quoting processes.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, transactions, and ongoing relationships.
- Coordinate and oversee automotive painting projects to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Lead problem resolution efforts by addressing customer concerns and implementing effective solutions.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand our footprint in the automotive painting industry.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and SAP software for sales tracking, reporting, and order processing.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for clients, adhering to company pricing guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth execution of sales initiatives and customer projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements / experience
- Minimum of five years of experience in a sales position, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience using SAP software for sales and order management.
- Demonstrated ability to create accurate quotes and proposals for clients.
- Preferably experience in architectural, industrial, or automotive painting processes.
