Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager to join our team in Doral, FL .
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
The Program Manager provides management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of a large, complex enterprise IT service management (ITSM) program for a DoD customer.
Minimum Qualifications :
Fifteen (15) years of combined technical and management experience overseeing the delivery of programs or projects for large IT enterprise.
An active certification in one of the following :
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
- Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or a related technical field.
Desired Qualifications :
Ten (10) years providing direct experience supporting DoD ITSM programs encompassing network engineering operations and management;
cybersecurity; service desk; and IT portfolio management.
- At least three (3) years of experience managing multi-tenant / multi-customer portfolio of program with a ceiling value of $500M or more requiring cost, schedule, and performance being managed separately but simultaneously.
- Master’s degree in management, leadership, engineering, or related technical field.
- Three (3) years’ experience managing a contract supporting one or more DoD Combatant Commands.
- Experience managing projects or programs with multiple OCONUS performance locations.
- Experience managing IT programs encompassing DoD classified networks.
Clearance Requirements :
Current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Physical Requirements :
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
