LHH is ramping up a search for a Senior Project Manager in the Metro Detroit area. This person will lead the project management team and oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects.

The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in driving project delivery, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring client satisfaction.

This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex projects across various industries.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and project team members.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure optimal utilization and achievement of project objectives.

Monitor and track project progress, identify and resolve issues, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives, status updates, and deliverables.

Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.

Implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, providing mentorship and guidance to project team members.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the project execution.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager, managing large-scale, complex projects in various industries.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.

Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).

Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing ambiguity and driving results.

Experience in stakeholder management and client relationship management.

Pay Details : $90,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
