Lead Hydraulic Structures Engineer

Key responsibilities for this role will include (but not limited to) :
- and support hydraulic structures projects, including dams, spillways, intakes, and outlets.
- with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality design work.
- and coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective technical solutions.
- junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.
- in equipment procurement and construction management processes.
- business development activities and pursue new project opportunities.
Required and desired skillsets, experience and qualifications for this role :
- degree in engineering from an accredited program.
- years of related work experience.
- to fulfill pre-employment onboarding requirements.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License.
- working with West Coast hydropower clients is preferred
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Business is preferred.
- with state and federal regulatory requirements for dams and hydropower projects is desired.
- to utilize Excel spreadsheets, create excel trackers, and be able to use Word and Powerpoint for reporting / presentations via teams or in person.
