Marketing Associate (Contract)
On-site Doral, FL
We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team and support the mobile device / accessories marketing department. This position is primarily focused on operational tasks related to budget management and documentation.
This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience within a corporate marketing team.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and document budgets for the marketing team, ensuring accuracy in expense approvals and tracking.
- Perform routine administrative and operational tasks to support marketing initiatives.
- Generate reports and maintain organized records of all marketing expenses.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of marketing operations.
- Support the department with any other assigned tasks that facilitate the overall marketing process.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Strong Excel skills, with an assessment required.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
