CrossCountry Mortgage in Denver, CO is seeking a talented CRM Manager to join our dynamic team. As a CRM Manager, you will play a crucial role in continuously building, supporting, and managing our CRM and database.

Compensation : $50,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategies to continually optimize CRM journeys, marketing materials, and campaigns, focusing on efficiency and delivering an outstanding experience for borrowers.
- Follow up with loan officers to ensure timely and accurate updates within the CRM.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the current status of each lead, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
- Send out TypeForm survey to Real Estate agents and manage survey feedback
- Manage client review process via Birdseye
- Accurately track weekly and monthly reporting metrics in the CRM and look for opportunities for improvement
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in CRM management
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Insellerate)
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Highly proficient in technology and working with different platforms
