Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Sales Assistant to support our new store growth and administrative operations in the USA.
This position reports to the VP, US Sales and plays a critical role in ensuring smooth execution of sales activities and efficient administrative support.

This position will be working in our office at 2275 Northwest Parkway SE, Marietta GA, Georgia 5 days a week.
Responsibilities :
- Provide support for new store growth initiatives, including SKU maintenance, Host orders, and planogram assignments.
- Manage the execution of POP materials and reset scheduling.
- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with IDM and other U.S. administrative tasks, such as ePOP and reporting.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to support their efforts and reduce their administrative workload.
Qualifications :
- Able to work in our Atlanta office 5 days a week.
- Strong organizational skills with a background in administration.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
Compensation : Starting from USD $35,000 depending on experience
