Location : South San Francisco, CA
Responsibilities :
- Perform or train staff on animal handling, dosing, and tissue collection.
- Conduct in-vivo studies, support research, and manage animal care and clinical observations.
- Collaborate with researchers, oversee equipment, and ensure study accuracy.
- Provide weekend husbandry and emergency facility support.
- Present data, analyze results, and communicate findings within teams.
Qualifications :
- Education : Associate degree with 3+ years, Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years, or Master’s degree with 1+ year of relevant in-vivo experience in biology, chemical biology, pharmacology, or related fields.
- Experience in oncology and / or cardiometabolic disease models required.
- Experience with small laboratory animals, including dosing, bleeding, and tissue collection.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
- Flexibility for weekend shifts as needed.
