Position Summary
Coordinate contract administration support for New Construction project teams. Upholds the fulfillment of Life Time’s Mission Statement and the divisional goal of being a premier design, build, developer of Life Time facilities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare, distribute, receive, and log contract documents for vendor execution based on company process
Enter approved subcontracts / agreements in the accounting system
Maintain detailed and organized central repository which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes / deviations, amendments, clarifications
Log, enter, and review payments to contracts in the accounting system
Facilitate the training of team members on contract process and procedures
Provide support and maintenance for project collaboration software systems (ie. Prolog, Procore, Workday)
Position Requirements
High School diploma or GED
Four-year college degree preferred
Four years contract administration experience preferred
Previous experience with contract management system software preferred
Experience analyzing and drafting legal documents
Construction industry experience preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and recommend solutions
Ability to work with tight deadlines independently and within a team environment
Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to handle conflicts in a professional, tactful manner
Ability to build relationships with vendors
Ability to operate a computer
