In this position, you’ll play a key role in leading design teams, collaborating on project execution, and driving the success of a wide range of exciting projects.
From the early design stages through to project completion, you will contribute your expertise to ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality and innovation.
This is a full-time, immediate opening for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about design.
Pay is open. (Depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and actively contribute to idea generation, design development, and client presentations.
Create and refine design documents, including conceptual drawings, renderings, and 3D visualizations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects stay on track and are delivered on time.
Prepare and revise design documents, including redlining drawings and project documentation.
Engage with clients during meetings and assist with project presentations.
Conduct site visits to address construction challenges, offering solutions to resolve any conflicts.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (required). Registration is optional.
5-15 years of professional experience in commercial architecture.
Experience in one or more of the following sectors is preferred : healthcare, commercial, education, multi-family, hospitality, and industrial.
Proficiency in Revit (3+ years of professional experience).
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Lumion, MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking and presentation abilities.
