Shift Details :
Join our team as a Behavioral Health Therapist focusing on adult ambulatory care. You will provide quality, cost-effective inpatient / outpatient and / or community care for clients and families across the continuum of care.
This role involves direct client care using individual, couple, group and family therapy, preparing appropriate medical documentation, and providing crisis intervention.

- Qualifications :
- Must obtain a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field within 60 days of date of hire
- Previous intern experience in assessment and diagnosis and individual and group therapy
- Valid CT Licensed Masters of Social Work within 90 days of graduation (LMSW)
- Demonstrated experience using a computer; basic keyboarding skills
- Flexible with schedule per program needs, including evenings / weekends and travel between sites across the organization
