The Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for in person check in of our owners checking into our resorts and cold calling current owners as well, to schedule the guest to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop.

The coordinator may offer gifts to the guest for participating in the update; discuss resort activity schedules, and area information to the guest.

Must meet production standards on a weekly / monthly basis. Shifts available between 8am - 9pm Weekend shifts required .

How You'll Shine

In person marketing with guests checking into the resort

Schedule the guest to virtually via ZOOM meet with member services to discuss their update and workshop VIA Zoom

The coordinator may offer gifts to the guest for participating in the ZOOM update

Distributing activity schedules and area brochures to the guest

Must meet production standards on a weekly basis

Guest will meet with member services for an update virtually through an iPad

Follow up and respond to guests seeking concierge information or assistance

Attend consistent training classes in order to improve production

Tracks / records of own production and premium gifts that are distributed

What You'll Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred
  • Solid communication skills with the ability to regularly present campaign performance alongside key insights.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing segmentation and lifecycle
  • Travel / hospitality industry experience or new member / customer on-boarding experience is a plus
  • Ability to overcome challenges and objections.
  • Ability to work in a goal and performance-based environment.
  • Sales-minded professionalism.
